Water getting into the house or under it right now? Call. For soggy lawns, downspout lines, regrading and catch basins, send a request and a local contractor will call you back.
Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address, so the request goes to a contractor who works there
- Where the water collects and how long it stays after a storm
- Whether your lot backs up to marsh, a canal or a drainage ditch
- Photos or video taken during heavy rain, if you have them
- Whether you have an HOA, a drainage easement or a builder warranty
