How it works
We make it quick to reach a drainage contractor who serves your address.
You call or send a request
Tell us your address and what you're seeing: standing water after storms, water under the house, downspouts dumping by the foundation, a soggy strip along the fence, or a yard that backs up to the marsh.
We connect you with a local company
Calls and requests go to an independent drainage or landscape contractor that works in Chatham County.
The company handles the job
They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.
What we are and aren't
Savannah French Drains is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.
Georgia generally requires a license from the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for work over $2,500 in labor and materials, and whether a given drainage job falls under that law depends on the scope, so ask the contractor directly. Also ask for proof of insurance, who will submit the Georgia 811 locate request, whether the City of Savannah or Chatham County needs a permit for the regrading or fill, and a written plan that shows where the water will end up.
